Heidi ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly for RootX customers and team members with her professional skills and administrative insight. She attended Western Oregon State University and St. John’s University in New York and currently lives in Salem, OR

When she’s not working, Heidi spends her time appreciating the beautiful outdoors with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She enjoys kayaking, hiking, and exploring the amazing Pacific Northwest.
