Many of our valued customers have requested that we offer the registration cards again for those who do not want to or cannot fill them out online at https://rootx.com/rootx-plumber-registration-form/ , we will now offer again the registration cards so you can mail them in to us. It is important to fill out the registration card completely and to include your customer number on the registration cards so that when you send them into us we can link the homeowner’s information to the company that applied the RootX.

By utilizing the Customer Registration Program it will sign your customer up for a one year RootX product guarantee against root caused backups. A letter will be sent to your customer reminding them to contact you for another RootX application eleven months from the application date. In return the your company that applied RootX will also receive a reminder letter advising them of each of the customers that needs a RootX treatment that month. It’s a win – win situation; you receive free advertising from RootX which leads to repeat business and happy customers because they avoid unexpected backups.
